Yes. Stock swatches are free of charge; you cover the courier cost. Made-to-specification samples are charged at a development cost, which is credited back against your bulk order once it is placed. Samples are typically ready in 1–2 weeks.
Bulk production is normally 15–30 days after sample approval and deposit, depending on quantity and finishing complexity. The exact date is written into your proforma invoice, and we keep you updated with production photos.
Yes. We hold CPSC test reports issued by SGS and can arrange additional third-party testing (CPSIA, OEKO-TEX, EN 71) on request. Certificates can be issued under your own company name so they match your import documents.
Standard terms are a deposit on order confirmation with the balance against the shipping documents, agreed in the proforma invoice. We ship by express for samples, air for small orders and sea freight for volume — the route that fits your timeline and target landed cost.
